Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the adds71 website located at adds71.vip and all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and gaming services.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by You on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within your adds71 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by adds71.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the adds71 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. adds71 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of adds71, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must register only one Account. Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security and Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. adds71 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify adds71 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

adds71 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account it reasonably suspects has been accessed by an unauthorised party, pending a full investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the adds71 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within minutes. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take longer depending on your card issuer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to identity verification checks. adds71 reserves the right to extend this timeframe during periods of high demand or where further verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• adds71 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. adds71 accepts no liability for third-party transaction fees.
• adds71 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a government-issued national ID, passport, or driving licence — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

adds71 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion will be stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any strategy, technique, or system that adds71 determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance — may result in the voiding of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• adds71 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds already credited and subject to an active Wagering Requirement will remain valid until expiry.
• Promotional offers are available to residents of Bangladesh only, unless otherwise stated. adds71 reserves the right to exclude specific players or regions from eligibility for any given promotion at its sole discretion.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

adds71 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered users have access to the following account-level tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account. Once a limit is set, any request to increase it will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your Account indefinitely. During any self-exclusion period, you may not access the Platform or request reinstatement.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current gaming session and net financial position.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the adds71 Platform. Breach of any of the following rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances and winnings:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or game offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game offered on the Platform. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. adds71 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether individually or in coordination with other persons, for the purpose of accumulating bonus credits or circumventing account restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the adds71 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and compilation of all such content — is the property of adds71 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from adds71.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adds71 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond adds71's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

adds71's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your adds71 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

adds71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide required verification documentation, or for any other reason adds71 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. In cases of suspension arising from investigation, Account balances will be held pending the outcome. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited in full.

Privacy and Data Protection

adds71 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting adds71 support.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to adds71's place of incorporation as an offshore gaming operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and adds71 support shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable under the laws of your country of residence.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and adds71 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
